Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICIES

At Scafell Pike Co., we aim to ensure that your order arrives in immaculate condition. Since we are a small company we aim to have orders sent out within 2-5 business days. If you are up against any sort of deadline we will try and work with you to make sure you receive it, just email us.  We offer free shipping on orders over $150 via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is based on weight, size and destination of order and is calculated at checkout. We ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can only ship certain products worldwide. It will be noted on the product page when an item cannot be shipped worldwide. If an order is placed outside the US for a product that cannot be shipped internationally we have the right to cancel the order. Shipping is based on weight, size and destination of order and is calculated at checkout. Customs and other import duties and fees may be charged to international orders when it reaches its destination. The recipient is responsible for all fees and charges which will vary by each individual country.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

You can return purchases within 45 days as long as the items are in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging. Items will be inspected once we receive them and we will notify you of any issues with the returned item. We have the right to charge a restocking fee if items come back to us in any condition other than new.  All limited edition products, sale items, bulk orders, health and personal care, or edible products are final and non-refundable. We do not refund shipping costs or gift cards.

Please email info@scafellpikeco.com for a return authorization. We will also direct you where to send the return.

Along with the below form, include your purchase you're returning/exchanging.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund, less shipping charges, in the original method of payment.

U.S. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

U.S.  customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Scafell Pike Co. We recommend that customers utilize a shipping service with a tracking number.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for sending the original purchase back at their expense, and will also be charged for the outbound shipping for the exchange.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

International customers are responsible for both the incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items. We recommend that customers utilize a shipping service with a tracking number.
